RETURN.

Unworn, or defective merchandise may be returned within 7 days from the date merchandise was received. Item(s) must be returned in condition received or merchandise will be returned to sender.

GUIDELINE
1. A return Authorization must be obtained from customer service to receive a refund. Or the returned package will be returned to you.
2. Please indicate reason for return to get the return authorization and return-to address.
3. All returns are recommended to be sent via a traceable carrier. Pandoraforyou.Com is not responsible for packages not received if sent via a non-traceable carrier. Returns must be shipped prepaid. We do not accept C.O.D deliveries.

NOTES:
1.Postage is not refundable.
2.15% handling fee will be deducted from the refund.
3.Return may takes one to two weeks to process and at least one billing cycle for the credit to appear on your account.

EXCHANGES:

1.Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of order receipt for merchandise specify the exchange item and the new color or type in your email to the customer service.
2.Items must be in like-new condition and unworn to be accepted as a return.
3.If you're exchanging an item because of a mistake on the part of Pandoraforyou.Com or because of quality issues, we will pay the shipping cost to send a replacement item to you. Availability of replacement item is not guaranteed. You will receive an e-mail notification upon the completion of exchange processing.
